Qirshin Money Manager is designed as a completely offline-first, privacy-focused application for personal use. All your financial data, including transactions, categories, budgets, and settings, are stored exclusively on your device using your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.

Local Data Storage

All application data is stored locally on your device and includes:

• Financial transactions and records
• Budget categories and limits
• User preferences and settings
• Application theme preferences

This data remains on your device and is never uploaded to external servers unless you explicitly choose to use the optional Google Drive sync feature.

Optional Google Drive Sync

Qirshin Money Manager offers an optional Google Drive integration that allows you to:

• Back up your financial data to your personal Google Drive account
• Restore your data from Google Drive
• Sync data across multiple devices

Important:

• This feature is entirely optional and disabled by default
• You must explicitly authorize the connection to Google Drive
• Data is stored in your personal Google Drive account, not on our servers
• We do not have access to your Google Drive data or credentials
• You can disconnect this integration at any time from the Settings page
• Google's privacy policy applies to data stored in Google Drive

Third-Party Services

The app does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services. The only third-party service used is:

• Google OAuth 2.0: Used solely for authenticating with Google Drive when you choose to enable the optional sync feature. No personal information is shared beyond what is necessary for authentication.

Data Security

Your data security is our priority. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you maintain complete control over your information. We recommend:

• Using device-level security (PIN, password, biometric authentication)
• Regularly backing up your data using the export feature or Google Drive sync
• Keeping your device's operating system and browser up to date

Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Data persists on your device until you manually delete it
• You can delete all app data by clearing your browser's storage or uninstalling the app
• If you've synced to Google Drive, you can delete the backup files from your Google Drive account
• We do not retain any data as we do not collect or store data on external servers

Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Storage: To save your financial data locally on your device
• Internet: Only used for optional Google Drive sync functionality

Children's Privacy

Qirshin Money Manager does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. The app is designed for personal financial management and is intended for use by adults.

International Users

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect any data, there are no cross-border data transfers. The app can be used anywhere in the world while maintaining complete data privacy.
