Qirshin Money Manager is designed as a privacy-focused application for personal use. All your financial data, including transactions, categories, budgets, and settings, are stored on your device using your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). Backup, restore, and multi-device sync use your personal Google Drive account (Google's services), not our servers.

Local Data Storage

All application data is stored locally on your device and includes:

• Financial transactions and records
• Budget categories and limits
• User preferences and settings
• Application theme preferences

This data remains on your device for day-to-day use. The app also uses Google Drive for backup, restore, and syncing across devices when you sign in with your Google account; this integration is part of how Qirshin Money Manager works, not an optional add-on.

Google Drive Sync

Qirshin Money Manager uses Google Drive integration so you can:

• Back up your financial data to your personal Google Drive account
• Restore your data from Google Drive
• Sync data across multiple devices

Important:

• Google Drive backup and sync are core to the app; they are not optional
• You must authorize the connection to Google Drive to use backup, restore, and cross-device sync
• Data is stored in your personal Google Drive account, not on our servers
• We do not have access to your Google Drive data or credentials
• You can manage your Google connection from the Settings page
• Google's privacy policy applies to data stored in Google Drive

Third-Party Services

The app does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services. The only third-party service used is:

• Google OAuth 2.0: Used for authenticating with Google Drive for backup, restore, and sync. No personal information is shared beyond what is necessary for authentication.

Data Security

Your data security is our priority. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you maintain complete control over your information. We recommend:

• Using device-level security (PIN, password, biometric authentication)
• Regularly backing up your data using the export feature or Google Drive sync
• Keeping your device's operating system and browser up to date

Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Data persists on your device until you manually delete it
• You can delete all app data by clearing your browser's storage or uninstalling the app
• If you've synced to Google Drive, you can delete the backup files from your Google Drive account
• We do not retain any data as we do not collect or store data on external servers

Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Storage: To save your financial data locally on your device
• Internet: Used for Google Drive sync and related functionality

Children's Privacy

Qirshin Money Manager does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. The app is designed for personal financial management and is intended for use by adults.

International Users

We do not transfer your data across borders on our own systems. Your device stores data locally, and Google Drive sync is handled by Google under your account and their policies. The app can be used worldwide; review Google's terms if you have questions about where Google processes or stores your Drive data.
